TAPAS INNOVATION PRIVATE COACHING PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By enrolling in the TAPAS INNOVATION PRIVATE COACHING PROGRAM (the “Program”), you, the Participant, agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). Tapas Innovation, LLC (the “Company” or “we/us/our”) reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Upon enrolling in the Program, you agree to pay the applicable Program fee as outlined during the enrollment process. Payment options may include full payment upfront or an installment plan. Your payment plan will be detailed in the purchase confirmation. Payments will be automatically processed according to the selected plan. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of Program access.
Once payment has been received according to your Payment Plan, you can schedule your INTAKE SESSION or ACCESS PROGRAM MATERIALS. If you are pursuing INDIVIDUAL COACHING, you will receive an Intake Scheduling link via email within 24 hours of your completed purchase. Once you have completed your Intake Session, your COACH will provide you with a custom scheduling link to set up your coaching sessions. This link is for your use only and should not be shared. Select a consistent day and time for your sessions to optimize your growth and ensure you remember your appointments. Coaching sessions begin and end promptly. If you are more than ten minutes late, the rescheduling policy will apply.
To reschedule a session, contact us immediately via email at [stephanie@tapasinnovation.com]at least 48 hours before your session. If you have opted for a payment plan, your payments will continue as agreed upon, regardless of rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will not be rescheduled and will result in session forfeiture. Regular attendance is crucial for your progress, so prioritize your coaching sessions as you would an important appointment.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the Program. This payment is made in advance. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 14 days of the Program, you may terminate this Agreement and receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued after 14 days.
You accept and agree that you are 100% responsible for your progress and results in the Program. You commit to participating fully in all assignments, exercises, and sessions presented by the Company. The Company is not responsible for your failure to apply the Program as directed.
For private coaching clients, you agree to participate in a private coaching program with Stephanie Crain. The Program officially starts upon receipt of your initial payment and ends 4 months from the date of the first payment, unless renewed or otherwise stated in writing. The Program package is outlined in detail on the program product page and provided to you again upon sign-up. You are responsible for scheduling and attending sessions. Unused sessions will be forfeited after the Program ends.
Community program members participate in a monthly renewing and ongoing program. To fully experience the program benefits, the recommended time for participation is 1 year.
All other coaching programs are concluded within the timeframe designated within the program offer at the time of purchase. For example, an 8-week program will conclude 8 weeks after the initial payment is received.
Existing individual coaching clients may choose to renew the Program on a month-to-month basis. Renewals must be expressed in writing via email at least 14 days before the end of the existing program to receive the Renewing Client discount. The discounted program renewal rate is $900 monthly unless otherwise indicated in writing by Stephanie Crain. Any additional Program details will be provided upon enrollment.
Clients who choose to come back into the program for month-to-month coaching after the renewal option period may do so up to 90 days after the program completion at the regular monthly rate of $1050. Beyond the 90 day period, a client must re-enter the 4 month program for direct one-to-one coaching.

If your Program package includes Priority Support, you will have access to direct communication with Stephanie Crain between sessions through email, WhatsApp, or Voxer. This is an enhanced feature designed to help you feel supported and seen during your integration process.
Please note the following terms regarding Priority Support:
- All messages will be reviewed, even if not responded to directly.
- Responses are not guaranteed for every message. However, messages that are not responded to will be acknowledged and addressed in your next scheduled session.
- Response times may vary based on Stephanie’s availability and time zone differences, but the service standard is a response within 48 business hours.
- Priority Support is offered for reflection, insight sharing, or time-sensitive coaching questions. Please reserve logistics or scheduling questions for email unless urgent.
- Audio messages (Voxer or WhatsApp voice notes) are welcome and should be under 5 minutes each to ensure they are manageable for review.
- This feature is not intended for emergency support or therapy-related issues. If you are experiencing a personal crisis, please reach out to an appropriate licensed professional or emergency service.
This feature intends to support your integration process with presence and consistency while also honoring boundaries and sustainability within the coaching relationship.
