An Uncommon Approach
Early in my career, long before I had the credentials to justify it, I found myself in an extended informal advisory relationship with a newly promoted senior executive at a large corporation. He had been elevated into a significant role without a roadmap, and he was self-aware enough to know it. What followed was one of the most formative professional experiences of my life — meeting regularly, developing strategy together, helping him find his footing and his voice at the highest level of the organization.
I wasn’t his coach. I wasn’t his consultant. I was simply someone who could see the whole picture, ask the questions no one else was asking, and hold the space for him to figure out what kind of leader he actually wanted to be.
That capacity, to operate at senior levels without ego, and with enough range to move fluidly between organizational strategy, leadership psychology, and practical application in a single conversation, is what I bring to every Enlightened Executive engagement.
The Executive Program
This engagement is structured in two distinct phases, each serving a different function in the arc of transformation.
Intensive Phase:Â Months 1 through 6
The first phase is where the foundational work happens. Sessions are frequent and deep, moving through pattern identification, shadow work, archetypal analysis using the Corporate Persona framework, values activation, and strategic counsel applied directly to real leadership challenges as they emerge. This is not a curriculum delivered to the executive — it is a living engagement shaped by what is actually present.
Integration Phase:Â Months 7 through 12
The second phase is where the work becomes permanent. Monthly sessions support the executive in applying, testing, and deepening what emerged in the Intensive Phase as the organizational context continues to evolve. This is the container that turns insight into sustained leadership change.
Intensive Phase:
- 90-minute Intake Session — a deep dive into both the executive’s internal landscape and the organizational context they are operating in
- 12 50-minute Strategic Advisory Sessions
- 2 50-minute Leadership Vision Sessions
- 2 Recorded Guided Visualizations customized to the executive’s goals
Integration Phase:
- 6 50-minute Monthly Integration Sessions
All Intensive Phase sessions are completed within the first six months of the engagement. Integration Phase sessions run monthly through month twelve.

Peer Constellation Analysis
$500 per participant | 2 minimum, 8 maximum
One of the most powerful accelerants to an executive’s development is an honest, structured view of how they are experienced by the people closest to their leadership. The Peer Constellation Analysis brings the Corporate Persona Archetype framework into the executive’s immediate sphere — peers, direct reports, leadership above them, or key clients — through live interviews, full archetype assessments, and a comprehensive confidential analysis presented only to the executive client.
This is not a 360 review. It is a depth portrait of the relational field the executive is operating in and how they are shaping it.
Collective Reset Session
$450 | Up to 6 participants | Live or virtual
A guided visualization and reset experience for the executive and a small group of their choosing, designed to create shared presence, reduce collective stress, and open a different quality of thinking and connection within a team or leadership group.
Most leaders never do this work. The ones who do don’t regret it.
