Employee Experience/Customer Experience analysis and goals
External and public reviews and perceptions
Monthly 50-minute one-to-one coaching sessions with each Leadership member
Quarterly 90-minute Leadership Team coaching sessions
Value Activation Strategy and Implementation Plan
Next 6 Months
- Bi-monthly (every 2 months) 50-minute one-to-one coaching sessions with each Leadership member
- Quarterly 90-minute Leadership Team coaching sessions
- Review and reflection analysis of the Value Activation Strategy to identify adjustments and refinements
The one-to-one coaching focuses on developing emotional skills, addressing unconscious behavior patterns, and developing and strengthening leadership skills. These sessions will include:
- Questions and techniques that take you deeper into unconscious actions and behavior patterns that impact your ability to lead with confidence
- Personal value assessments to help you more clearly define and align your core values
- Persona Archetype exploration to gain a deeper understanding of energy that you might project or avoid
- Guided visualizations and meditations that are recorded for you to keep and replay
- Additional guidance using instructional tools such as:
- Journaling
- Active Imagination
- Mindfulness and Intuition
- Success Mindset Practices
- Behavioral Responsiveness
