Research-backed findings
The Corporate Persona Archetype Testâ„¢ was developed with research rigor, including data analysis across all results, hypothesis testing, and a presentation of findings to graduate students at Saybrook University's Department of Humanistic Psychology. Three hypotheses were explored. All three were confirmed.
Creative is the lowest-scoring archetype in 40.5% of all tests — more than double any other. Corporate environments systematically suppress creative expression.
Among repeat test takers, not one person changed their lowest archetype between sessions — even when their primary archetype shifted significantly. The shadow is stable.
